YES! The long and dreadful event is finally over, finally back to the normal working hours already, no need travel east to west west to east for the moment...

Well, getting prepared for my IPPT, i hope i really can get gold! Running is the problem. ARGH!!!!

Toturing 2.4km, Sound ok but its damn damn hard. all the best for me!

Well, time flies, i'm officially gone through one year in ns le! For those of my friends who just enlisted all the best! It's tough but it will be a very valuable experience for you!

Everyday, i've fully spent my time. Hoping to enjoy my life while serving the nation. It's hard. But life have to go on.

Looking around me, i think im quite fortunate already. I got so many good friends who went through thick and thin with me. I really appreciate them alot. =)

Thinking back, before i got enlisted, i think the one i am now have grown up alot. But still, everyday is a learning day. As no one is perfect, we tend to make mistake. So we learnt through mistake.

Recently, i kept having the thoughts of having a girlfriend, but i came to realise, there isn't a rush to have one. Nvm, let fate to decide my future bah!

Well, life now in ns for me is relatively good. I enjoyed my ns life.

Now, im worrying for my future, damn worried.
Im afraid that i might not be able to earn a living out there in future. Well, you can see, in singapore, the economics are quite competitive. And also earning money is harder and harder and the price of mostly everything are going up. Eg. Transport, food, etc.

Another thing that im worried is whether im capable of supporting my parents in future. Sigh...

Really scare that i cant be successful man.

Sat was against Nanyang Csc, lost badly, like 30 points? haha nvm went down to the loser pool and will fight our way up!

Monday was against Navy, had a narrow win, the score was 87-86!
Yesterday won 3div, 95-46.
Later? against Airforce, a super strong team.
Follow by at night will be playing against Ayer Rajah West Coast!

Well, its friday! And today is so boring, i slept till 2pm and then went swimming!

Last Sunday had my first game against Eunos CSC..

It was the first competition played this year. Thinking back of last year, competition before enlisting but now its already almost a year le! Wow time flies.

Well, my skills is like er...from normal to bad already. Now picking up again. Hope can go back to what i am last year haha. But just too bad, i have to admit i suck.

Until now, i considered myself lucky...get to go home everyday from army and also so many good friends and buddies around me! Im glad to have u guys. Really...

Sometimes, i dunno why... i will feel that i lack of something, which is love..Haha which i lost it 2 years plus ago? haha.. But yet, i got many people around to stand by me. Especially my good buddy..I appreciate him for always being there for me man. Okay that sounds gay but no we're purely good buddy don't think the wrong way! HAHAHA..

I hoping to look forward to each day and may the dream gal of mine to appear one day? HAHAHAHA im dreaming for the impossible again...

Well well, what to blog about recent events? Hectic and packed! lol.

I had friends' birthday to attend, basketball training to commit and also have to report camp everyday! Although everyday i get to go home, i still feel that staying in camp on weekdays ain't that bad after all. Can save money and also sleep early wake up early!

Now, my sleeping hours are screwed up. I need to changed back to the healthy lifestyle i used to have a few months ago!

Now aiming to get below 9min14secs for my upcoming 2.4km on October, training hard for my gold award for IPPT!

Well, i managed to complete the 21km run but with a lousy timing.

I clocked 2 hours 21mins..

Well, last 3km i was walking all the way and my legs are all cramping and my right shin is having a sharp pain for every step i made.

Well, i know it's just an excuse for my lousy timing haha.

Cause i have to go tekong for training! It was tiring but good training for me. As i've just recovered, i did not force myself too hard. Just try to maintain and not stopping! After that went back camp and carry on my duty to 5pm!

Argh! Just finish my training today. Damn tiring as i today cant perform for training, i got breathing difficulty when running! I dont know what happened today but i fell as if im dying! Laterals area were in sharp pain when i try to regulate my breathing. Damn! Plus i've not recover from the training 2 days ago! I FEEL SO WEAK! =(

Had a wedding dinner, haha, a picture i took with my aunt! =D

Well, Today was a tiring day, i wonder why. Feel so exhausted when im not doing much today. I felt that, sometimes in our life, we tend to have problems after something good happened. The feeling isn't good at all. I will feel very stressed up for no reasons.

It's been one month already since i've graduated from the course. Well, things are quite managable but stressful at times. I enjoy working in bedok fitness and condition centre. People there are nice.

I guess it has been quite sometime since i've updated my blog.

It's rotting soon! but im not gonna let it happen. Well, life in army is better for me now.
Graduated as a fitness specialist, my job is almost like a physical education teacher. haha.

It's not bad after all man! Working environment is nice, people there are nice!
But again, the working hours are weird, which clashes alot of things in my life. Can't meet up with my close friends. Weekends doesnt feel like one already. Friends starting to distance away bit by bit.

I hope i can catch up with u guys soon. I hope u guys won't blame on me for forgetting ur birthdays and special occasions. Im trying my best.

I feel so empty right now, how i wish i could find my partner to settle down.

Oh ya, some advice to you guys.

Remember to keep yourself healthy and fit! Go for some running or exercises that can make you sweat! Haha. It'll definitely help a bit! =) Oh ya! Warming up and cooling down is very important okay! So dont forget all these!

First day in the new environment..

I felt quite stress at first, it was my usual reaction when i report to a new place. But after awhile i will get use to it.

Now im on OJT which have to learnt and absorb all the knowledge to be ready to take over the people who are going to leave.

I feel that, its a good environment and job for me as i think i have the passion in teaching and conducting physical training.

I hope i will be doing okay during the rest of my army life =)

Was so happy when i cleared my CPFT which is hell! lol.
After all the effort i gave, times and times after each failure, I did it...

Well, the real journey begins as a FS, now all the close ones are seperate everywhere, all i hope is that we still get to meet up at least a few times in a month.

Well, firstly i would like to apologise if i have offended anyone as my mood was really down. Cause at the moment i was easily agitated.

I feel sad but im not gonna give up.

Next re-test i will endure and excel!

Wow, time's flies, i've been training for 2 months already. Couldn't imagine myself training so hard and able to survive in the course.

What matters now is to pass out from my Fitness Specialist Course. I really hope i could make it. I'm lacking of confidence due to some fear I've experienced previously.

2 more trial tests to my Grand Finale - Combat Physical Fitness Test.

It sounds exciting, but am i able to overcome my fear and achieve success...

Wow, another month had past. Gosh, im in the course for almost 2 month le. But i can feel that my fitness is improving!

I really hope i can pass the finale test for my course. ><

Well, in my course, there are more and more people who really dont give a damn about anything. The discipline level is getting from bad to worst. I think we'll all get confined one day.

That's really fast. Actually, i have nothing much to blog about in my life.
Mostly meeting up with my friends in the weekend. Weekdays are training days.

Reunion dinner!

It was fantastic! Cause we had steamboat! I love it! heh.

Chinese New Year is coming soon!

Everyone is busy doing housechores and packing stuff. And im at home resting trying to recover from my sickness.

Life's full of ups and down.

Haha, wondering why i can post on thurs?

Cause i got medical leave for 5 days.

Had fever and an asthma attack yesterday and was sent to A & E.
I was halfway through the fieldcamp!

Cause i had a bad cough which lead to my lung not breathing well.
That moment was quite terrible. Cant sleep through the whole night. AHHH

I might get out of course. Im already halfway through the course! =(

Furthermore, chinese new year is coming and at this time, i got sick!
Damn.

Well im resting at home for 5 days! Thats gonna be boring at home >< but i will rest will to recover asap to enjoy my chinese new year!

Brand new year, brand new hope!

Well, im now looking forward to chinese new year and also my birthday!
I will most likely be celebrating on 14th of february as its a saturday, but i dun think some of my friends can make cause you know, its Valentine's Day. Haha. I might be having a buffet at my house but its not confirmed yet. Cause i will be graduating from my 8 week course and it will end around 4 plus 5 on that day so im not sure whether i will still be having a buffet anot.

I cant celebrate on monday cause most probably i will be going to my new unit and report. lol.
Life's getting more boring and boring. Like missing something? Maybe lack of love? LOL i think too much liao.

Gonna go shop for new clothings next weekend! HOOO~~~

Its sunday...

And im still sick here, rah! Anyway i will most likely get my posting on the 19th which is this coming friday? hmmm. I guess most probably I'll end up in combat unit. Actually, i'm very afraid of the outcome, whether getting into what vocation, i'll have to face it. That is probably my fate bah.

I hope wee is doing fine in army. Morally supporting him =D

Eversince i got into army, i start to realise alot of things. Friends come and go. So many friends like become distanced to me. And me myself couldn't judge who to trust. I'm lost.

Family problems arising during my army phase. My aunt is going to divorce, and my grandma is very upset about it. Its very upset to get to know all this. But no matter what, life has to go on. I will give them my support.

Well, sometimes, i feel so lonely, dunno why i got this feeling. Eventhough i got friends around me, i still feel the emptiness in me.

Probably is i think too much bah.

Its been one month since i've blog. Sorry for not updating. I think my blog is rotting soon.

Well, went through many ups and downs in the army life.
Especially the last few weeks. So many screwed up. Demoralising days...
But nvm, its all over le and finally im gonna pass out from BMTC and move out to the next phase of my army life.
Well tuesday is going to be the day! Haha.

Will be marching 24km then after that proceed to pass out parade! Cant wait for the day.
Furthermore, there will be block leave! haha.

Hi guys, im back from my first 2 week of confinement.

In this 2 weeks, i've learnt lots of important value in life.

I learnt to be independent, treasure my family and friends more, and also,
time management.

At the first few days, i was quite homesick but after that i manage to adapt the environment.

It was good afterall, slowly getting mature.

Well, im back now and i feel so happy!

Gonna go back on the monday night.

Saturday!

Bballed early in the morning, was so fun, playing with my voltz teammates.
Then hate for lunch, then rush home and bathe and went out again to meet my hao jie mei lol.

Meet her till like 7 then rushed to clark quey to meet up with voltz again. Went HOOTERS for dinner. Haha. The waitress are hot! LOL not all but some =X

Follow by that, went to MOS to club, first time clubbing with voltz. Was quite fun. Cause got dance and drink. I learnt how to drink better le! but still, alcohol doesnt taste really nice ><

Overall, It was an enjoyable night! But SAD!!!! No pictures =((( nvm shall take with them next time. =D

Friday, met up with MAMA, Wee, Wein, Bear, Jojo and Jojo's friend.

Met up with wee first, then followed by mama. Was super hungry, so we head for some snacks first. Donuts! Haha.

The rest came and we head to this restaurant at Chian Square. =]

The food there is marvelous and the service was good! Haha.
Well, it was enjoyable and i was quite full. Then after that went to Starbucks at dhoby. Had fun chit chatting =D All the laughter which is so fun la! LOL alrights picture time!

Wow, 11 days left.

Thats really fast. I hope my life in the army will go smoothly.

Yesterday competition was against tanjong pagar. We won.
Anyway, they were not really strong. Cause they do not have a good center and also they lack of experience.

After that, had seoul garden with all voltz. It was enjoyable. =)
Sian, i will miss out yi xuan's birthday party. =(
Will miss out so much stuff out there.

Today just made my new plastic specs.
Cause my old specs broke.
So "Lucky". LOL

Aimlessly right now sigh,
hope i can make my plans during my army life.
